Outside our website, they have no monetary value and cannot be used for any purpose outside our website. Loyalty Dollars cannot be refunded their cash value at any time. We may adjust your Loyalty Dollars up or down from time to time for accounting errors, multiple accounts, refunds, returned products or suspected fraud, in our sole and absolute discretion. In cases of fraud and abuse, we reserve the right to remove loyalty funds entirely, cancel or close accounts in our sole discretion.

SECTION 11 – WEBSITE AND PRODUCT REVIEWS All product reviews submitted by Peach Boom members on our site are done voluntarily and become the intellectual property of Peach Boom. We reserve the right to display such property at our sole discretion. All reviews are moderated before being displayed on our site and may be rejected at the discretion of the Peach Boom administrators.

PPC Restrictions: Peach Boom has an extensive in-house PPC program. We do not want affiliates to compete with our own activities or drive up our costs. PPC bids for the Peach Boom brand name are not allowed. Likewise, we do not allow bids on variations or misspellings of brand names such as PeachBoom, Boom Peach or Peach Booms. It is also not allowed to use the Peach Boom URL as your display URL. You may not use the Peach Boom trade name in PPC advertising. We will withdraw commissions and reject any affiliates that violate our PPC restrictions. Affiliates may use the Peach Boom name in the description.

Section 15 – International Order, Law and Practice Peach Boom can be shipped to any country in the world, but customers must be familiar with and comply with any legal requirements for importing and receiving sex toys, adult products and such items in their country. Peach Boom is not responsible for any package seized by customs for any reason. We will do our best to help resolve the issue, but the responsibility for customs clearance and receipt of customs import packages rests with the sourcing customer. If the package is held by customs due to import laws and restrictions, the order will not be returned. On a case-by-case basis, the customer is responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply to the delivery process. We have no control over this process and are based on the laws and procedures of each receiving country. We ship and declare all packages in a safe and discreet manner. The exception to these terms is our peach doll. We handle all customs related procedures and pay any applicable import duties and taxes. We will also address any questions regarding Peach doll seizures, lost packages or other customs/delivery related issues with Peach dolls.

Section 16 – Severability If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be illegal, void or unenforceable, that provision shall remain enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to separate the service from these Terms, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining terms. Article 17 – Jurisdiction These terms and conditions are governed by Australian law. Peach Boom reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
