30-day returns and refunds
We want you to have confidence in every order you place, so we offer simple, hassle-free 30-day exchange processing for defective products, from the day the product arrives in your hands. We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases, so if you think you’ve received a product that’s defective or not as described, we’ll be happy to fix it promptly.
Things to check before returning a defective product
In many cases, the returned product actually works fine when tested, but the battery is not inserted properly or the battery is low. Also check that the power button has been pressed long enough, that the charging cable is properly plugged in (if any), and that it has been charged for a long time.
Before returning a defective sex toy or product, we ask our customers to follow a few simple test points:
• Make sure you are using the correct battery.
• Make sure you are using brand new batteries.
• Make sure the battery is inserted correctly.
• Make sure the battery compartment is properly tightened.
• Make sure the battery connector is not wet or wet.
• If it is rechargeable, make sure you have fully charged the toy and the cable is plugged in properly.
• Press the button correctly. Some power buttons require holding down for up to 10 seconds to power on/off.
Important: Before returning defective products, please contact our customerservice department by replying to your order confirmation email, using our contact form, or directly emailing us at customerservice@peachboom.com.au. We will approve the return.
Please be sure to clean your product before returning to us for troubleshooting. If the item received is unsanitary, we may not be able to process your return due to health and safety concerns.
• Your instructions inform us how you wish to resolve the problem (i.e. replacement or store credit).
Once our staff has received the product and confirmed that it does have a problem, we can take the next step with the requirements you provide. If you have chosen to receive a replacement, we will send it to you free of charge as soon as possible. If you do not hear from us within a few business days of receiving your warranty claim for product return, please contact us.
Please note: If your item is found to be working properly during inspection and testing by Peach Boom staff, it will be redelivered for a reinstallation fee. We urge you to follow the above troubleshooting steps before requesting a return.
Can I cancel my order after PLACING it?
Please note that there will be no refund once an order is placed
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can choose to cancel the order to receive a store credit of the same value for later purchases.
If your order has been shipped, we will not be able to provide store credit or cancel the order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order before shipping to get store credit.
Once an order is placed with us, a lot of things happen behind the scenes. This way, we can complete your order and deliver it in the fastest time.
Please choose carefully, as if you simply don’t like the goods on arrival or are late, we will not refund orders that change your mind.

What if the product I purchased is out of stock?
Very few products are out of stock when flagged as available on our website. If this happens and the product cannot be delayed Peach Boom will offer a worry-free refund, exchange or store credit for the product. The email address provided when placing the order will be notified as soon as possible.
