This seems to be a great toy for edging.
My first experience was that it was not snug enough and ,as such, the stimulation was light which was good but made for a long session and the battery only lasted about 40 min. I tried squeezing the sleeve as suggested but had to use a lot more lube to do it. Then I got this brainstorm of an idea. I had this 3-pack of silicone cock rings. Instead of using the largest one for my cock and balls I dropped down a size to the medium one and put the largest around the sleeve(see picture). It worked great and because of the extra snug fit I now have no problem making it to climax in less then 40 min.
One other thing. Make sure the screws are all tight before use. After about 5 uses the toy came apart. The screw that holds the part you attach the cup and sleeve to came loose and I had great difficulty getting the part out of the cup to put it back together. I managed to fix it though and now I always check it and tighten screws before use.
I do still wish it had a longer battery life but it’s still the best I have found.
